Attention Indie Artists! In today’s industry, getting the attention of gatekeepers requires having the right branding, a compelling story, and strategic positioning. There are do’s and don’ts when it comes to pitching yourself and we're going to help you cut through that noise.

Art Start is thrilled to partner with Sungate Records for an immersive panel and workshop designed to equip emerging artists with the foundational tools to navigate the music industry. This session will dive into brand-building, bio-writing, EPK creation, and pitching strategies - essential skills for artists looking to establish themselves.

Following the panel, participants will break out into a hands-on workshop, where they’ll craft their own EPKs and set up monetization platforms. To make sure artists leave with tangible next steps, attendees will also receive a curated folder of industry templates, contacts, and resources to support their creative journey.

Art Start monthly Creative Sessions are free, open to all youth & young adults (ages 14-24), and have hands-on art making opportunities, music, snacks, and socializing among fellow young creatives.
